I’m having trouble logging in. What should I do?Before logging into your account, please check that your email address is in lowercase. Sometimes, email addresses are case-sensitive, so try entering your email using only lowercase characters.
I received an error saying “Limit of registrations is exceeded for this IP address.” What should I do?This error occurs when the limit of registrations from a single IP address has been reached. To resolve this, try registering an account using a different IP address. You can do this by using a VPN or by changing your Internet connection (for example, switch from a Wi-Fi network to a mobile connection). Please note that once your account is created, you will not need to use a VPN in the future.
Can I use the Tor browser with your platform?Please note that our platform may not provide normal operation through the Tor browser in some cases. However, we have released a tutorial on how to use the Mullvad Browser with Hodl Hodl. This browser, built by Mullvad and Tor, works well with our platform.
My 2FA isn’t working. How can I reset it?Unfortunately, we cannot reset your 2FA for security reasons. However, you can use backup codes to sign in. These codes were created when you initially set up your two-factor authentication. Each backup code is a 16-character alphanumeric string (e.g., 813536bdeb3421dc).When logging into your account, if the system asks for your 2FA code from the authentication app, you can enter one of your 6 backup codes instead. Please remember that each code can only be used once and cannot be reused.

I received an error saying “In order to participate in this offer, you must first successfully complete at least one contract.” What does this mean?This notification indicates that the user who created the offer has set a limit, allowing only traders with at least one successfully completed contract to accept it. To participate in this offer, you will need to complete at least one contract successfully first.
