Don't make deals with him! After this HodlHodl returned the sats to me, the problem is that they made a mistake by paying only €0.07 fee. so my tx is stuck on the blockchain. and I've been waiting for more than 1 day to do CPFP but the UTXO still hasn't appeared. still waiting! These types of users are scum, they screw your money and they leave without consequences. He is a scammer. It has kept me for more than 24 hours with 2500 euros blocked in the scrow. Does not respond to messages. Will try to convince you that the problems are due to other factors. Don't make deals with him.

His bank didn’t allow him to transfer; he was honest and started dispute to transfer back to me on his own, but i still paid for trx fees, therefore 3/5

I questioned the buyer if your account was business account and the answer was yes. Start the contract and after the satoshis goes in escrow, the buyer tell me the bank don't send the money. Bacause I had spend with blockchain, i set this reputation.
