The contract is in euros, and he expects to be paid in a foreign currency while also stating the total amount that you should pay. In the end, if you follow the new amount exactly, you end up paying more. The transaction went well because I didn't pay the amount he requested; I paid the equivalent in his currency, so the bank fees, as they should be, were covered by him. However, this is not an acceptable way to act. It's borderline scam.
As retaliation for this review (which was originally 2 stars), he gave me a one-star review stating, 'what an asshole to deal with, very cumbersome.' For this reason, I also give him just one star. Bad experience. He's a blackmailer.
