This is the second sale, and he simply vanished. First, he said my PNC account wasn't working, so I got him a Citi account. He said he was going to make the transfer, but then he just disappeared. From 10:00 PM yesterday until 4:30 PM today, when I canceled the transaction, it was gone. Since I was converting from dollars and need to convert back, I've lost a significant amount of money.
