This buyer makes a SEPA payment on Saturday and files a dispute on Monday morning because escrow wasn’t released. Sends screenshots of payments to later cancel them, clicks on "payment made" but never made it, will tire you out. Only made payment after the administrator asked for his statements. I won't do business again.

He canceled the contract after I sent to escrow without giving any reason or explanation, I lost the deposit and refund miner fees. Not serious !
