I asked him before making the deposit whether he could complete the trade within 60 minutes. Otherwise, I would sell my Bitcoins elsewhere. He assured me that he could, but even though I repeatedly begged him to complete the trade if he couldn't exchange, he kept the money all day and then messaged me at night saying he had internet problems.
