He was very active in communication. He was clear on the process and followed through exactly as discussed. Seller even cooperated with me when I had a special request for timing and payment. All in all, I felt very secure in dealing with Markantonio. I would highly recommend to all. 2nd escrow went even smoother. again highly recommended.
